Prise en charge

Rendez-vous d’abord au comptoir du côté gauche de la porte d’arrivée à l’aérogare 1 de l’aéroport de Kobe, puis un service de navette vous mènera à la succursale de Kobe Airport Port Island (environ 10 minutes de route).

S’il n’y a personne au comptoir pour vous prendre en charge, ou si vous n’avez pas réservé de voiture, vous pouvez prendre le combiné au comptoir pour parler à la succursale Kobe Airport Port Island.


Heures d’ouverture du service de navette : 8 h 30 à 19 h (voyage d’environ 10 minutes)

De 8 h 30 à 19 h, nous offrons un service de navette à la clientèle qui arrive au comptoir de réception de l’aéroport de Kobe ou qui retourne son véhicule à la succursale de Kobe Airport Port Island.

En dehors des heures d’ouverture, utilisez le métro de la ligne Port Liner (station du centre médical).

Points importants et politiques

All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. Additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter. Additional drivers must sign the rental agreement.

After Hours reservations are not available.

The minimum age requirement to hire all vehicles is 18. There is no maximum hire age.

Vehicles are not allowed to travel out of Japan.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is included in the rate for all vehicles. This coverage protects against the following damages; accident, fire, vandalism, theft, or attempted theft of the rental vehicle or any of its parts.

In cases of violations such as the use of alcohol, drugs, or any other misuse as stated in the Terms and Conditions, the renter is responsible for the full value of the damage. The renter is required to report any accident/incident to the local police and Nippon Rent-A-Car Accident Reception Center at the site of such accident/incident. If no report was made, any insurance/coverage will not be applied. The renter is responsible for full value of the damage in case of negligence, such as not having taken measures to ensure the rental vehicles safety and security. If a vehicle requires repair or cleaning due to a traffic accident, theft, break down, defacement, or other causes not attributable to Nippon Rent-A-Car, the customer may be charged a Non-Operation Charge (NOC) as part of the compensation for loss of use during the repair or cleaning of the vehicle. These amounts are fixed without regard to the degree of damage or the time required for such repair or cleaning. When the vehicle is returned to the originally planned office, the charge is 20,000 JPY. In all other situations the fee will be 50,000 JPY.

Delivery and Collection is not available at most locations. At some rural locations, pick up services may be available with advance reservations. Must include details in remarks field of reservation.

All one way rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. One way reservations are allowed all locations but are allowed to return to selected locations only. Specified one-way drop charge will be applied.

This Option is not available. Customers are required to refuel at the designated gas station before returning his/her vehicle. If he/she fails, Nippon Rent-A-Car will charge a prescribed refueling charge based on kilometers driven or indication of the gas gauge. Such charge may be higher than the price at a gas station.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) is included in the rate for all vehicles. PAI covers up to 30 million JPY per person. Compensation will be paid for injuries to driver/passengers (including death and residual disability) regardless of the degree of responsibility attributable to the driver. PAI covers ambulance service, doctors, hospitalization, and nurses for each passenger in the vehicle, with a maximum limit of 30 million JPY per person.

A passport in addition to a credit card, with available credit and in the renter's name, must be presented. The signature on the back must match the name imprinted on the card. In addition, if the renter has an online transaction, the number and name printed on the card presented by renter must match the name and number stored for the online transaction.

An authorization on the credit card in the amount of the rental will be taken at the time of pickup. This authorization amount may be used toward damages of vehicles or late charges.  Any adjustment in charges will be returned once the rental agreement is closed.

Debit/Check cards are not accepted at this location. Debit/check cards are considered to be any non-credit card.

Cash is not accepted at this location.

All drivers must meet the location's minimum age requirements.

Hirers must present a major credit card in the hirer's name at the time of hire.

Accepted licences are below:
1. International driving permit under the Convention of Road Traffic on 19 Sep. 1949 (Height: 148 mm, Width: 105 mm)
2. Authorised Japanese translation for driving licences issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium and Monaco.
3. Japanese driving licence
A passport must be presented at the time of car pick-up, except for number 3.

This location does not accept notarised Chinese driving licences.

Roadside Plus (RSP) - is available for all customers. RSP includes flat tire, fuel delivery, and lockout services, jumpstarts, and covers damage to the wheel caps.

Third Party Liability (TPL) is included in the rates. It includes unlimited bodily injury/death. TPL provides the customer with up to 30 million JPY. This meets or exceeds the minimum financial responsibility limits, as outlined in the applicable motor vehicle financial responsibility laws of the country where the vehicle is rented. TPL coverage is subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate the coverage as described in the rental agreement.

NOTE: International Driver Permit (IDP): For non-Japanese residents, an IDP with a valid passport is required. The IDP must comply with the 1949 Geneva Convention (19th September, 1949). For more details, please refer to our hire policies.
