How do I automatically get receipts emailed to me?

If you are looking for a way to make life easier in the future, signing up for eReceipts can make that happen! By signing up for eReceipts, you will allow us to send you an electronic copy of your rental invoice to the e-mail address you have listed on your Emerald Club profile. Once signed up for eReceipts, you can just Drop & Go! What is Drop & Go? Find out here

 

To update your account and receive E-receipts, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Log into your Emerald Club Profile (Click here to open the login screen in a new window)

  3. Click 'My Profile'

  5. Select 'Communication Preferences'

  7. Select the "I would like to receive a copy of all my future rental receipts via e-mail option

  9. Click the 'Update' button

  11. After your request has been submitted, you will receive the following confirmation message, 'Your Communication Preferences has been updated! An email has been sent to you confirming your changes.'
