How do I obtain a receipt for my rental?

 

Great news! If you are an Emerald Club member, you can log into your account and print your most recent receipts from your computer. In addition to doing this online, you can now sign up for eReceipts which will allow us to send you an electronic copy of your rental invoice to the e-mail address you have listed on your Emerald Club profile once you return the vehicle. To learn how to sign up for eReceipts, click here.

 

Need a step by step guide on how to print your receipt online?

  5. Under 'Past Trips' click on the rental you need a receipt for

    Please be assured we do everything possible to make these receipts available online; however, there are times when your receipt may not show up on your profile due to the way the reservation was booked, the location where you rented from, or due to the length of time it has been since your last trip. If you cannot find your receipt, please give one of our Emerald Club specialists a call at 1 (800) 962-7070 or click here to submit an online request.

     

    If you are not an Emerald Club member, we do apologize that we do not have the ability to print your receipt online at this time. We understand this can be an inconvenience and hope to offer this in our future releases.
