I need help getting into my Emerald Club account

 

To help you get into your Emerald Club account, we have created this new step by step guide. Please start using the guide by answering the first question below.

 

Please note: When entering your Emerald Club Number, only enter in the numerical digits; do not start your number with NE.

 

Question 1: Do you know your username?

 

If you know your user name, you can try to reset your password. To reset your password, please click here.  If you do not know your user name, then skip to the next question.

 

Question 2: Were you able to request a password reset email?

 

If yes, after you have requested a password reset e-mail, you will be taken to the screen below. Once you have reached this screen, please proceed to your e-mail account and look for our password reset e-mail. The password reset e-mail will contain the appropriate link.

 

Please note that this screen does not allow you to set a new password.

If you did not receive a password reset email, refer to the next question.

 

Question 3:  Did you receive this message “Renter not found”?

 

If yes, it looks like your enrollment might not had been completed. To complete your enrollment, please click here.

 

Once you completed and submitted the form, did you receive this message, 'Your profile already exists. Please Login'? 

 

If you did not receive the message “Renter not Found” you should be able to complete your enrollment.  Once completed, you will be logged into your account.

 

Question 4: Did you receive the password reset email?

 

**Please make sure you check your Spam and Junk mail folders for an e-mail from Res Web Site. The e-mail will have the subject line ‘National rest password’**

 

Question 5: Do you know your member number?

 

If you know your member number and password, you can login using those credentials.  If you do not know your member number, skip to the next question.

 

Question 6:  Did you receive any recent emails from us?

 

If yes, you should be able to find your Emerald Club Number in the upper left hand corner near the National logo.  If no, please skip to the last question. 

 

Question 7:  Were you able to find your Emerald Club Number?

 

If you don't know your password, you can request a new one by clicking here.

In order to get you into your account, you will need to speak to a loyalty specialist. You can reach a specialist by dialing 1-800-962-7070, then option 5 between the hours of 7:00A.M. - 7:00P.M. US - Central Standard Time.
